Officials on Friday arrested a suspect who allegedly assaulted a conservative activist on campus UC Berkeley last month.
Zachary Greenberg, 28, was arrested by university police about 1 p.m., after a judge issued an arrest warrant in the Feb. 19 attack on Hayden Williams, the school’s public affairs department said in a statement.

Well it happened in Communist California so don’t expect federal hate crime charges to be brought forth because the state or county prosecutors office would have to be the one to file those against the criminal Jew.
Most likely he will walk with probation after pleading guilty to a prearranged misdemeanor charge of public harassment or simple battery. Then next week we will see him on CNN as the victim of a right wing thought crime.
