Originally it was said that the Kiev regime would not be supplied with such weapons as the narrative was that the US was only helping them defend themselves from Russian aggressors. They’ve clearly thrown that out the window and are just giving them anything and everything in the arsenal to try and harm Russia.
These weapons won’t change anything. As myself and others have stated repeatedly, they don’t have the manpower to win the war. It’s over but they stupidly refuse to surrender and request peace negotiations. Russia will eventually end this on their own terms.
