Here is another example. The United Arab Emirates and India are talking about trading non-oil goods in rupees.
India and the UAE have a goal of increasing non-oil transactions to $100 billion by 2027
They want to do it in rupees instead of the US dollar.
Many people think dedollarization evolves around the yuan. This is not true.
It involves many countries and their local currencies.
