The First Amendment was not meant to protect obscenities like this. This is a totally incorrect ruling.
Of course Jews like Laurence Tribe disagree because he’s Jewish and loves pushing sick and degenerate sick on the goyim masses.

The First Amendment is now only invoked to protect obscene garbage while actual political speech in various forms which it was supposed to protect remains censored, silenced and banned.
Take in point the recent law passed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis meant to silence criticism of Jews and Israel. A law that he signed in Israel.
You also have all the social media censorship which I’ve covered at length for years. There’s always some excuse made as to why the First Amendment doesn’t apply, like saying the tech monopolies are private companies etc..
