I believe that the Supreme Court has lost credibility by refusing to hear such an important case based on technicalities. It makes them look like they don’t want to deal with the situation.

The Texas GOP issued a statement essentially calling for secession following the Supreme Court’s decision.

The @TexasGOP is out with a statement in the wake of the Supreme Court decision, all but calling for secession:

Even though the fight is not over yet, we are starting to run out of options.

There are other lawsuits out there that have yet to reach the Supreme Court, so we’ll have to see what happens with those. But if the Supreme Court makes similar rulings and refuses to make a decision on this matter, we have to assume that the entire court has been compromised.

Quite honestly, it might come down to rather or not Donald Trump decides to declare martial law or not. All we can do is keep fighting and see how this all develops.
