The President’s travel ban on six majority-Moslem nations was allowed to take effect after a ruling by the Supreme Court. The fact that this had to be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court is insane. No lower court judge should be able to overturn a presidential directive on immigration. The law gives broad authority for the President to determine who is allowed and not allowed into the country.
At least the ban is in place now, even if it is a limited one.
