The Streatham attacker has been named as Sudesh Amman, believed to have been released from jail for terror offences as little as one week ago.
In a notepad recovered from his home, top of the list of Amman’s “life goals”, ahead of family activities, was dying a martyr and going to “Jannah” - the afterlife.
Amman was under active police surveillance at the time of the attack.
