Considering that businesses are leaving the city in droves because of all the homeless, the drug addicts and generally unsafe conditions, I’d like to know where they are going to find the tax money to redistribute to these blacks.

Yeah, sounds like they don’t have the budget. We all know that the blacks would just waste any money given to them on drugs, sneakers, gold chains and other stupid shit.
At this point, this city should probably just be nuked off the face of the planet. It has really gone down the toilet since the original Full House was on television. Speaking of which, that show was like really awesome and stuff. It was set in San Francisco and had no black characters. Too bad that Jew Bob Saget was in it. He was the only drawback to what was otherwise a really excellent television show. If you haven’t watched every episode, you should really consider doing so.
