Some weirdo who looks like a rabid version of Rocky Dennis delivered the Democrat response to the State of the Union speech.
It was a rambling speech offering no tangible or practical solutions to any problems. And the dude was drooling over himself throughout the speech. It was seriously a very gross thing to watch!
