Alright folks, a total re-edit of the book T. Danann and I have pretty much got this thing looking decent. The cover is newer than shown as Amazon has yet to update it on the preview page (but will update if you click on the cover image at the Amazon site).
Two major changes to the cover (well three if you include the sub-title change) and any errors
fixed and so on.
