Congressman Devin Nunes was interviewed by Maria Bartiromo on Fox News this Sunday. Even though much of the interview focused on the Russia hoax nonsense, they briefly discussed social media censorship. Nunes said that they were looking at legal options to specifically combat the censorship on Twitter.
While it’s hard to say what they are going to do, it’s a good that there are so many people with political power who are talking about this problem.
These big social media sites need to be regulated if not nationalized altogether. Anti-trust laws should be used if necessary. There’s many options in the toolbox to deal with this.
The GOP needs to fix this so they can get their message out in the upcoming elections. Right now, these companies are intentionally stifling any views that are to the right of Karl Marx. It’s completely unacceptable what they’re doing.
