American troops have been forced to abandon an expensive drone airbase in Niger. The 1,000 something troops that were there have been withdrawn and the airbase will be turned over to Niger and Russia.

The whole situation has been an embarrassing failure and it seems to be worse than anybody is letting on. The troops that were stationed there were basically abandoned by the clowns in Washington DC.
