Musk Accused of Unfairly Firing Women From Twitter

Elon Musk has been accused of unfairly targeting women when he did his mass firings after taking over the company. It’s being alleged that he mass fired women as part of some bizarre conspiracy.

100 ex-employees accused Twitter of legal violations after #ElonMusk’s takeover.

Twitter targeted women during layoffs & didn't pay severance, say workers.

This is just obvious bullshit. Musk simply kept the people who were doing actual real work on the product like engineers, developers, infrastructure people etc.. These positions are mostly with a few rare exceptions held by men.

Women in tech companies generally hold non-critical fluff positions. Typically this means working in Human Resources, marketing, or various administrative positions. They may also hold unnecessary project management roles and in the case of Twitter, censorship positions responsible for micromanaging speech on the site.

Take in point this one female Twitter employee who posted a TikTok video documenting her day on the job. She literally did nothing of substance and just mooched off the free office perks.

I doubt she survived the mass firings.

There are numerous videos of 20-something females who have put out videos documenting how they do nothing at their job in these big tech companies.

Wanglin has posted a number of examples proving all of this on his Twitter feed.

Elon wasn't discriminating when he fired mostly women. Women simply work in jobs he didn't need anymore.

He is trying to slim the company down and he isn't doing censorship anymore. He doesn't need 10,000 HR consultants and "project managers." https://t.co/oVEdBXrOn5

Women are not into programming.

That's something we know. pic.twitter.com/99wR6E3w8H

No company should be forced to babysit a bunch of girls who treat the workplace like high school part 2.

— Andrew Anglin (@WorldWarWang) December 22, 2022

Aside from being useless for doing work at the workplace, women create chaos. They have sex with all the men and then try to turn them against each other.

— Andrew Anglin (@WorldWarWang) December 22, 2022

What managers are forced to do is just figure out a way to isolate the girls, so they will play on Facebook and cause as little damage as possible.

It’s a joke that men have to humor these women and take them seriously. I can guarantee that every woman who Musk fired deserved to be fired and wasn’t doing anything important. I mean, the site has operated fine without any of these women and he’s actually been making substantive improvements with the service since letting them go. So what the hell were these women doing there to begin with?

Watching that video, it’s like she didn’t do any work all day. In a forty hour week, maybe she did four or five real hours of work, if that. All she seemed to care about was the free food and drinks and playing around.
