This pub went out of business because their suppliers caved to Jew pressure. If your suppliers are big corps you are at their mercy. They love ESG (Environment Social and Governance) as well as Diversity and Inclusion because small companies don’t have the money to fund bullshit so they can’t compete.
If we have a chance to rebuild they would be better off sourcing local homebrew and selling out of a venue owned by friendly people. In Belgium the pubs sometimes have hundreds of different beers, some of them from a dude who only makes 100 bottles of beer a year. It is more healthy than commercial crap and more tasty.
TBH I haven’t seen that beer contains levels of estrogen harmful to men. Please shout out with studies if you have them. Hops is the main ingredient with estrogens AFAIK. You can make it with other things, but it won’t have the preservative (longevity) of hop beer.
In Vietnam little local places make larger fresh and without hops. It only lasts a few days but that is find for these places.
Though I’ll bet they wouldn’t confiscate any voodoo dolls from some Haitian shop.
