Judge Rules First Amendment Doesn't Apply to the Daily Stormer

An Obama appointed federal judge has ruled that the First Amendment doesn’t apply to the Daily Stormer in a recent court ruling.

AP:

A federal judge's decision to allow a lawsuit to proceed against the publisher of a neo-Nazi website is "dangerous for free speech," the publisher's attorney said Thursday.

Attorney Marc Randazza said he believes U.S. District Judge Dana Christensen made a legally flawed decision Wednesday in ruling the First Amendment does not shield Daily Stormer publisher Andrew Anglin from being sued for his followers' anti-Semitic harassment of a Jewish woman and her family in Montana.

Randazza said he can "see the allure of not wanting to rule in favor of the Nazi," but expressed concern that the decision could be used to curtail free speech in many other forums.

"The rule needs to be the same no matter what your view is," he said.

Christensen's decision allows Tanya Gersh to proceed with her claims that Anglin invaded her privacy, inflicted emotional distress on her and her family and violated Montana's anti-intimidation law by calling on his followers to unleash a "troll storm" on her, her husband and her 12-year-old son.

In case you are unfamiliar with the back story to this, basically what happened is that this Jewess realtor Tanya Gersh threatened Richard Spencer's mother who owns property in the town of Whitefish, Montana. She was trying to extort her into selling her property over her son's political activities.

From there the Daily Stormer exposed what Gersh was doing, which prompted members of the public to angrily express their displeasure at her behavior. Obviously there’s a bit more to the story, but that’s the basic gist.

The Jewish Southern Poverty Law Center stepped in with legal help which is why there’s this lawsuit against the Daily Stormer going through the court system.

The Jewish media has spun this story as though Gersh is some type of innocent person who did nothing wrong. But the reality is that her threats to Spencer’s mother is what started this whole thing.

This court ruling is absurd. Especially when we see the Jew-run network of CNN suing because they say their First Amendment rights were violated because one of their misbehaving employees got banned from the White House. Not to mention the fact that we don’t see anti-fascists held accountable for doxing and harassing people who have political views they disagree with.

But in those cases the First Amendment applies but in this case it does not? Why is it against the First Amendment to expose a diabolical Jewess engaging in bad behavior?

There’s far too many left-wing judicial activists in the court system and they all need to be purged. They selectively apply Constitutional rights to only those people who they agree with politically.

I kicked Gersh´s ass. LOL

So much of what Andrew wrote at the time was an obvious joke (200 skinheads to be bussed in from CA, etc.) that I don’t see how this ruling can stand. But the appeal will be costly.

A powerful jewish organization with unlimited funds attacks an American citizen acting in accord with his First Amendment rights-- while the client of said organization was engaged in extortion and threats against a completely innocent person.

Free speech for the jew controlled press but limited free speech for Anglin and everyone else the jews don’t agree with.

BTW, the Judge that ordered Jim Acosta’s press credentials restored was appointed by Trump.

this lawsuit is really The SPLC jews vs Andrew Anglin. Anglin gave them an opening and they jumped on it. didn’t he call for an armed march too? that would have ended in disaster… you have got to be more circumspect when you are public enemy #1 because The Constitution does not apply to YOU… the best way to handle that jew realtor would have been to get with Richard Spencer and raise funds to sue her. and on this note: Why hasn’t Spencer sued? is Mrs. Spencer going to testify on Anglin’s behalf about what she endured that started this mess? if not, then the lesson here is, don’t fight other peoples battles.

many judges are elected and most judges are turds in robes. it’s not likely that they’d risk their reputation and or JOB siding with a bonafide Nazi.

we are living in a time where our own government terrorizes and murders thousands in broad daylight, blows up journalists in their new Mercedes and fake shooting hoaxes are now commonplace. if you still believe that we live in a “free country” and as an outcast, exercise your rights, you had better have a lot of money to spend on THE BEST attorneys because freedom is only for those who can afford it.

This was an obvious joke – a joke & also, to some extent, a publicity stunt. For the mere cost of a parade permit he got national media organizations to converge on Whitefish, MT, (in the middle of fucking winter, LOL) thus giving DS much valuable publicity.

it wasn’t obvious to me…or others.

It actually worked out well. The enemy was forced to use a bunch of resources to get a small army of people out to Montana in the freezing cold to protest a rally that never happened.

that is a shallow victory indeed. clearly ‘the enemy’ won this battle and they are still winning in court. a new fighting strategy is in order.
