A very weird and creepy photo of Joe Biden was posted on Biden’s official personal Twitter/X feed last night. It was posted at around the same time that the Jews were doing their Satan Bowl bombing of Rafah.
Many assumed that it was a post from a Joe Biden parody account but it is from Joe Biden’s official personal account.

What does “just like we drew it up” supposed to mean? What is it referencing? It isn’t clear.
Many were rightly offended by this very bizarre and poorly timed post.

I’ll let you draw your own conclusions.
Obviously Biden did not post this himself. It was a member of his staff who manages all of his various social media accounts who posted this. Even still, Biden has ultimate responsibility of what is published on his accounts even if he is a senile old man. It is hard to understand why anyone would think that such a post would be warranted or appropriate.
The post could be interpreted a number of different ways, but to post this as the Jews are slaughtering people in Gaza almost forces one to interpret it in the worst way possible.
