Palestinians retaliated to the mosque storming by firing rockets into Israel.
Israelâs anti-missile system intercepted several rockets fired from Gaza early Wednesday. The rockets came soon after Israeli police stormed into the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalemâs Old City.
