A lot of Iranian military equipment is reverse engineered U.S. and Russian equipment. The Shah of Iran purchased tons of military equipment, and they kept them all these years due to sanctions and worked with what they had. They excel in drone and rocket artillery production, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this equipment is good.
