Mexicans are known for mistreating animals and this is no exception. when in TexAss, i rescued a Pit Bull from some Mexican sub-humans and went back and stole their chickens.

The sub-human was probably collecting donations intended for the horses and had neither the intention nor the ability to take proper care of them.
