This type of system is going to be deployed everywhere around the globe. You won’t be able to travel across borders unless you get vaxxed etc..
This is just another way to control populations and restrict freedom of movement. That’s all this is.
Originally, it looked as if they intended to roll out this system under the guise of the climate change hoax, but they shifted gears and decided to use the coronavirus hoax to implement it.
They are literally calling it a digital green certificate, although I would guess that they will probably rebrand the name. But the initial branding shows that it was meant to be linked to some sort of climate change garbage. Hence the word “green” being used.
