Corporate Customer Service is Going Down the Tubes, Right Along with the Country

Has anyone here had to deal with corporate customer service lately?

Most websites don’t feature phone numbers or email addresses to contact them. Only AI chats that don’t let you respond in any way other than what they’re offering.

It’s almost impossible to reach a real person, and when you do they’re on the other side of the world and don’t speak proper English. What would take a minute or two to explain to an American, takes 5, 10 minutes or more. And nothing is settled promptly or satisfactorily.

I just closed my PayPal account, because the service was so shitty I couldn’t take it anymore.

I had a similar experience with a credit card. Terrible.
