Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi confirmed Wednesday afternoon that Jussie Smollett is officially a suspect in a criminal investigation for filing a false police report, a Class 4 felony.

Guglielmi said CPD detectives are currently presenting evidence before a Cook County grand jury.

Earlier Gugliemi confirmed prosecutors are speaking with Jussie Smollett’s attorneys as part of their investigation into an alleged attack on the “Empire” actor.

As most of you already know, Smollett had a couple of Nigerians hoax an attack against him. He falsely claimed that he was attacked by two White guys wearing MAGA hats at 2 AM in arctic weather conditions.

Pretty much everybody except the Jewish media had questions about the story when it first broke. Even blacks were calling it out as a hoax.

Looks like we were right and the Jewish media was wrong again. How can anybody take anything the Jewish media takes seriously at this point? All they do is promote endless hoaxes and lies. This is just the latest most prominent hoax example that they have promoted.

The good news is that it looks like Smollett is going to get held accountable for this. Filing a false police report can land someone in prison for up to three years.

It also shows that this premise of all these racist White people running around attacking blacks is a hoax. It is a false reality. If it was such a common thing, Smollett would not have had to hire a couple of Nigerians to hoax a racist attack against him.

Filing a police report is minor. He should be charged with perpetuating a hate hoax (Federally) and charged with a hate crime like her would be if he was white. I bet he won’t see a day of jail time because of his privileged race(s) and degenerate lifestyle

Excellent find sir. So there seems to be a bigger political picture that is beginning to surface and suggest that Kamala Harris was potentially involved? The police did go through Smollet’s phone… wonder what incriminating evidence they found?
