Is anybody really shocked about this?

What would be more shocking is if a government program operated with no or minimal fraud. At this point, you should just assume that any government program that gives money to people will be looted by criminals, corrupt actors and scam artists.

The entire system is irredeemable at this point.

The stupidity is just mind blowing, a scam so easy even a nig can do it, free loans to anyone absolutely no information will be checked or verified, just hand over a multi-thousand or even million dollar check immediately, and then I’m sure it will all work out later…
They wouldn’t lie about Covid… ooohhhhh Pandemic… ohhhh…
People even used the same exact filing multiple times which is like some 1st grade style fraud and because of PANDEMIC they get a check first before dumb asses realize anything…
