It looks like all the hype surrounding the Apple Vision Pro has fizzled out. Users are returning them saying that the devices are giving them headaches and motion sickness.

There’s apparently a two week window where you can return the product for a refund and many of the early adopters are taking advantage of it.

I never understood the appeal of this bizarre contraption or the general concept of spatial computing. It isn’t clear to me what this technology is meant to do or what real life problems it is trying to solve.

I think it was a big mistake for Apple to put so effort and resources into this product. They are a company in serious decline.

A device like that would only be useful for someone who is physically handicapped and unable to travel. For $3500 you could get a really cool e-bike or go to Prague and have sex with Slavic hookers.

At least they took the chance to bring it to market. Steve Jobs was an innovator and without innovation Apple are doomed. This must be the first risk Rim Cook has taken.
