Yeah and Oath is under Verizon. It was formed for creative accounting reasons. Oath will be a loss leader and Verizon can just claim that they had to pay X amount to Oath for ‘services’, and then on taxes minus that from what they would owe. Of course Oath will have $0 taxes since it never makes a profit.
