When I do military press my wrist hurt and also often with other weights. What am I doing wrong

Small weights and do as many as you can. Most guys can only fight for a minute before fatigue sets in. Build your stamina then slowly add weight.

don’t ever try to lift as much as you can you will only hurt yourself you’re better off building muscle memory and muscle mass over bulk.
