Georgia’s former President Mikhail Saakashvili is creating all sorts of trouble in Ukraine. The above RT clip gets into some of the history behind this character.
Long story short, he has been opposing Ukraine’s sitting President Petro Poroshenko. He was involved in organizing protests against him in Kiev.
Today, police stormed his apartment but he went to the roof threatening to kill himself.

They finally managed to get him off the roof and hauled him away in a police vehicle.

This whole circus was getting broadcast live on Ukrainian television prompting a number of his supporters to see what was going on. His supporters were eventually able to free him from custody.

What a crazy situation. I can’t offer any more analysis besides that.
Saakashvili is the same guy who as Georgia’s President tried to eat his tie on television and attempted to do war in Russia back in 2008.
