Theresa May is apparently going to ask the British Parliament to approve a second Brexit vote.
British Prime Minister Theresa May said her government will include in her Withdrawal Agreement Bill a requirement for Members of Parliament (MPs) to vote on whether to hold another Brexit referendum.
“I recognise the genuine and sincere strength of feeling across the House on this important issue,” May said. “The government will therefore include in the Withdrawal Agreement Bill at introduction a requirement to vote on whether to hold a second referendum.
“This must take place before the Withdrawal Agreement can be ratified,” May told reporters. “And if the House of Commons were to vote for a referendum, it would be requiring the government to make provisions for such a referendum – including legislation if it wanted to ratify the Withdrawal Agreement.”
This whole thing is a fucking disaster.
May’s entire tenure as British Prime Minister has been defined by her trying to sabotage Brexit. All she has done is propose things that aren’t Brexit while falsely claiming that her proposals were Brexit. She’s basically been trying to take a giant shit sandwich and shove it down everyone’s throats.
Everything she has done shows that democracy doesn’t mean shit. If the people vote for something that the established Jewish powers don’t want, they get their puppet politicians like May to fuck everything up.
I have no idea what the ultimate outcome of all this is going to be but at least Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party stands to do well in the upcoming European Parliament elections. But something tells me that they’ll find some way to sabotage Brexit and not do it.
The good news is that they are running out of tricks to pull and at least half the country is going to be very angry if they don’t implement what they voted for. There definitely needs to be a revolution in the UK. Their country is totally fucked in so many different ways.
