Statistics, obtained via a Freedom of Information request, show that Blacks comprised the largest racial group amongst the suspects or perpetrators, and Whites by far comprised the greatest group amongst the victims in acid attacks in London.

These figures also include violent attacks in which a corrosive substance was not necessarily used, but there was a threat to use a corrosive substance. If any group was more likely to merely bluff about using acid whilst perpetrating less serious forms of violence, one might expect it to be White Europeans, since the rise in acid attacks over the last few years has coincided with mass immigration year-on-year and London becoming more “multicultural”. There are bound to be exceptions to the general rule, but the statistics suggest that the typical case is Black on White crime.
It is undeniable that many of these attacks were racially motivated. And it’s also undeniable that the vast majority of these attacks are a direct consequence of mass immigration and multiculturalism.

So for London we have 59.8% “White”, 18.5% “Asian/Asian British”, 13.3% “Black/African/ Caribbean/ Black British”, 5.0% “Mixed/ Multiple Ethnic Groups”, and 3.4% “Other Ethnic Groups”.
From the above data on acid attacks, African Caribbean constituted 50.26% of the “suspects” (perpetrators), and so are over-represented by a factor of 3.78. White Europeans constituted 36.97% of suspects / perpetrators, and are under-represented by a factor of 0.618.
(The BBC gives the figure for “white British”. 45% of Londoners describe themselves as “white British” - a drop from the 58% in 2001. The above 59.8% London figure for 2011 includes European immigrants such as Romanians.)

In latest news from London, a car crash at Westminster is being treated as a terror attack. Several people were injured as the silver Ford Fiesta “appeared to deliberately hit members of the public”. The suspect, in his late twenties, has been arrested on suspicion of terrorism offences.
