I have no idea if this is some sort of hoax or whatever, but if it is real, I believe that these people should be executed. A single bullet in the back of their skulls is what is needed to cure them of the mental illness that they have. We should not be forced to spend time and resources trying to rehabilitate them. They are a lost cause.
Society should not have to deal such madness.
