The Supreme Court today refused to hear the DACA case which effectively means that the Department of Homeland Security must continue processing DACA applications.

NBC News:

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear the Trump administration's appeal of a federal judge's ruling that requires the government to keep the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program going.

Under a lower court order that remains in effect, the Department of Homeland Security must continue to accept renewal applications from the roughly 700,000 young people who are currently enrolled in the program, known as DACA. The administration had intended to shut the program down by March 5, but that deadline is now largely meaningless.

In a brief order, the court said simply, "It is assumed the court of appeals will act expeditiously to decide this case."

This is such a fucking joke. The lower courts basically ruled that the President can’t revoke an executive order of a previous President. This whole DACA nonsense originated from a Barry Obama executive order. There is no logical or legal precedent to rule that the President can’t overturn a previous executive order. Not to mention the fact that the DACA program isn’t lawful by any stretch of the imagination.

This is an insane overreach by the judiciary and it is being allowed to stand because of this bullshit court system we have. This whole fiasco makes the early March deadline for Congress to do something with DACA null and void. The case is getting sent to the 9th Circuit where who knows how long it will take to be heard.

We literally have a system that is more concerned about the needs of illegal aliens over the native population. I’m sick of this shit. Fuck these DACA illegal aliens. It’s their parents fault that they are in this situation.

The jew-dicial system has been almost thoroughly kiked, so don’t expect any justice from them. Hopefully it will soon be replaced by the law of the rope and AR-15 - White Man’s justice. :ok_hand:

We have to work for good results in this year’s mid-term elections; then Trump will be able to make another Supreme Court appointment – maybe two more. This will shift things in our direction. It will also send a message to ambitious lower court judges that legislation from the bench is no longer going to be tolerated.

This isn’t much, but it’s an achievable goal. We need time to educate the best of Generation Z. Anyway, the whole ‘Worse is better’ argument has not proven useful, since for us worse has always been worse.

@DrTeapot The “worse is better” argument sounds good in theory, but in reality leads only to more White despair. The situation cannot and will not be changed through voting, court rulings or legislation. Only the Law of the Rope and the AR-15 will bring about real justice.

Thankfully, there is hope in Gen Zyklon - I have a son who is right on the border of GenZ/Millelinal but identifies with Gen Z.

This generation of Whites has been blatantly, openly discriminated against in the schools, media - and now the workplace - passed over for unqualified blacks and browns for college slots, internships, careers and promotions. They’re realizing everything they’ve been taught in the schools is a damn lie.

They’ve experienced it first-hand. And, they’re sick of it.

This generation is ANGRY - they’re computer savvy and completely disconnected from the msm from what I can see - believe it to be nothing more than a lying pile of anti-White excrement. They’ve figured out that there is a plan of White Genocide being waged against them and their race and increasingly they’re understanding (((WHO))) is doing this to them and why.

This is what my son and all his friends understand and speak about constantly.

I grew up with some guys whose dads were either judges or lawyers who later became judges and those guys(the dads) were some of the biggest scumbags I ever met.
