Unlike Vladimir Putin, who did not have a motive to create an international incident and have more than 20 countries expel Russian diplomats, the British, American and Israeli governments, along with George Soros and Alexander Davidovich Goldfarb, did have a motive to poison the Skripals and Alexander Litvinenko.
The aforementioned governments have an interest in demonizing Russia for supporting the Assad regime in Syria. Both George Soros and Alex Goldfarb are long-time active opponents of President Putin. Soros’ Open Source Foundation (OSF) was plotting to destabilize or bring down the Putin regime in 2012 and in later years. Goldfarb spoke of the “determination, clarity of thought and bravery” of the anti-Putin group Pussy Riot.
Soros and Goldfarb, with the help of Western State actors, had the means to commit the crimes. As a biochemist educated at both the Moscow State University and the Chaim Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel, Alex Goldfarb understands how chemical compounds inhibit the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, preventing the normal breakdown of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, so that victims can die from respiratory and cardiac arrest. Unlike Russia, the US and Israel still have active stocks of chemical weapons. The US has reduced its stock by 90%, but will not destroy the remainder until 2023. Israel has never even declared its stock of CW or any intent to decommission them.
Unlike Russia, which has no major chemical facilities in Britain for synthesizing / weaponizing Novichoks, the British state does have such facilities at Porton Down, within 8 miles of Salisbury. In 2008 Russian chemist Vil Mirzayanov published a book, State Secrets, which revealed the chemical formulae of Novichok nerve agents to an English-speaking audience.
Goldfarb and State actors had the opportunity to commit the crimes. Goldfarb is a ‘friend’ of Alexander Litvinenko (who died from polonium-210 poisoning), an acquaintance of Sergei Skripal, a close ‘friend’ and former employee of Boris Berezovsky (who died in a ‘hanging’ in which the evidence was not fully consistent with suicide), and from 1998 to 2000 directed the $15 million Soros tuberculosis project in Russia, which involved Russian prison inmates. Soros was originally a friend of Boris Berezovsky, but they had a falling out in 1997.
