California is such a mess. The state can’t even keep the power on. Rolling blackouts and threats of rolling blackouts are becoming a new normal for the state.

This is what happens when you put communists in charge of things. They ensure people who are not qualified to run infrastructure are put in important positions. These unqualified people who are largely women and assorted colorful individuals make poor decisions and these poor decisions have real life consequences.
Rolling blackouts are something that is common place in third world countries. This means that California by most objective measures has reached third world status.
