It was 100 years ago years ago this month that a jewess named Fanny Kaplan attempted to assassinate Lenin. Ms. Kaplan was a Social Revolutionary, which was similar to being a Menshevik. Lenin, a Bolshevik, was shot and wounded, something which may have contributed to his untimely demise in January 1924. Ms. Kaplan was arrested and executed. So even the jews were not all on the same page when it came to the Russian Revolution.
