Seems that only applies to white conservatives.
The denizens of the UWS are wealthy - they have second homes in Connecticut, upstate New York, Florida and elsewhere - and are fleeing to those “safe” spaces. Problem is, they take their Communist voting habits with them.
Hundreds of thousands have already fled, never to return - Cuomo himself is begging them to return - a single digit (heard it’s 1%) of wealthy taxpayers pay 1/2 of all state taxes.
NYC is toast. Anybody who wants to live there is insane at this point.
New York City deserves to burn to the ground at this point, there’s no coming back.
