"Huge Bang" Heard Over England - Plane From Tel Aviv Responsible

There are reports of people being awakened by a "huge bang" around 4am on Sunday morning that shook houses and was heard over southeast England from Brighton to Cambridge. Some found it rather alarming, coming within a couple of days of an Islamist terrorist attack at London Bridge.

The noise is understood to be a sonic bang from RAF planes taking off from RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire. They’d been scrambled to meet a Boeing 767-300 from Tel Aviv that “lost contact with air traffic control at 3.50am”.

Was this loss of contact and airspace violation another 'accident', like the attack on the USS Liberty?

Maybe they are trying to make England more like Gaza, where Israeli jets, helicopters and drones keep flying through the skies and constant blasts are heard.
