Yes, there does seem to be a bit of a double standard. A “refugee” who commits a heinous crime might , not necessarily will, but might get a few years in prison and a deportation order (which will be ignored) after. But a German who commits a heinous crime gets the book thrown at them. I say, sauce for the goose should be sauce for the gander.
