Having a grown man grab your dick in order to board an airline flight is one of the great freedoms we have here in America.

The Transportation Security Administration otherwise known as the TSA came about after the Jews committed terrorist acts against the United States on September 11th, 2001. They have been put in charge of terrorizing airline passengers in the name of safety and security. Even worse is that a court has just ruled that you have no legal recourse if the TSA abuses you at security checkpoints.

Fliers may have a tough time recovering damages for invasive screenings at U.S. airport security checkpoints, after a federal appeals court on Wednesday said screeners are immune from claims under a federal law governing assaults, false arrests and other abuses.

In a 2-1 vote, the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia said Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screeners were not "investigative or law enforcement officers," and were therefore shielded from liability under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).

The majority said it was "sympathetic" to concerns that its decision would leave fliers with "very limited legal redress" for alleged mistreatment by aggressive or overzealous screeners, which adds to the ordinary stresses of air travel.

"For most people, TSA screenings are an unavoidable feature of flying," but it is "squarely in the realm" of Congress to expand liability for abuses, Circuit Judge Cheryl Ann Krause wrote.

Maybe if the TSA was actually effective at what they do I could at least understand why they exist. But most of these TSA goons are low IQ individuals. When TSA effectiveness was tested back in 2015, they had a 95 percent failure rate.

So why the fuck do we have the TSA if 95 percent of the time they can’t stop somebody sneaking a bomb or a weapon on to a plane? It proves that all this shit with making people take off their shoes, putting liquids in plastic bags and forcing old women in wheelchairs to be groped is a waste of time.

The best way to secure airplanes is to ban all sand niggers and assorted racial minorities from boarding flights. But for some reason we can’t do that because of insane social norms enforced on us by kikes.

I say abolish the TSA. They’re a worthless institution that does nothing to keep any of us safe.

Not investigative or law enforcement then what the hell are they? They investigate the people using airplanes and enforce the laws on said flights. More blatantly oblivious double standards.

Think about black and faggot TSA agents getting the green light to molest children. I hate this pedo prepping that is being forced on our society by (((them))). Filthy sodomites.

If everyone refused to fly because of these pedophiles in uniform, the TSA would disappear overnight. But as long as people continue to let them violate their right, they will stay right where they are. I refuse to fly for these reasons.

Again, if there’s a war on terrorism then why are the borders wide open and not secure?

The purpose of the TSA was never to actually prevent airline terrorism, but rather to provide the illusion that the government is “doing something” about it. The TSA also exists to intimidate and humiliate the travelling public into an animal-like submission to the government. They are not even law enforcement officers, yet we are expected to submit to them and their orders as if they were. :rage:
