Add a Co-host for the Podcast?

just a suggestion as its difficult to listen to one person for more than say 30 minutes or so and there are other people in the movement that would probably be happy to help co-host

It would be nice to hear a guest co-host once in a while, especially fellow info-stormers.

I’ll have occasional shows with guests throughout the year when I can.

But honestly, there are already plenty of shows that have a co-host format with multiple guests.

I think doing monologue driven shows analyzing news fills a niche that nobody else is doing.

Absolutely correct. There are plenty of shows with a host/co-host format, & they quickly become tedious unless the two hosts interact very well – almost telepathically. I find that the host & his co-host often end up speaking at cross purposes. I think the problem arises from the fact that they are often not in the same physical location, but rely instead on Skype & whatnot to speak together. And of course, finding a person with the necessary knowledge of current events, with the reasoning ability & the command of English, and who has the time for such a project is not easy.

It’s different if you bring on a specialist in some area: he can be allowed to present his information, more or less without interruption, until the end of that segment.

The format is fine.

to me, if you have three knowledgeable people on a show its just about right because nobody has the pressure to carry the show and each can just speak when they have something interesting to say.

when there are four people its really too much, most dont get the chance to speak and are wasting their time

Agreed. With four people a moderator becomes a necessity – a good moderator, who keeps his opinions to himself, & his mouth shut most of the time. And even with three speakers we’ve gone beyond the simple host/co-host format, though broadly I’m in agreement with you on that point too.

However one of the biggest problems I’ve found with the host/co-host format (the actual subject of the OP) is that the two speakers often seem reluctant to disagree with each other. Even Aeschylus realized the importance of dramatic tension to hold the audience’s interest. It gets very tiresome to hear two people tell each other how right they are. There has to be a sort of protagonist/antagonist dynamic present too. But that often has to be scripted. And now we’re talking about a lot of preparation time. But some people could pull it off. Finding that just-right co-host is the hard part.

@jew_york_times The Daily Shoah is like that. Too many guys talking at the same time and no sense of structure to the conversation.

Agreed, 100%. So, @infostormer, just tell us what part of the country we have to be in to ring you up. You’re right about this:

But- It would be good to switch it up a little bit too.

I like the show as it is. I wouldn’t mind hearing some interviews or discussions with other white nationalists, though.
