Once again we have a Jewish court telling the President of the United States that he is not allowed to control who comes into our country.

Between this and the verdict reached in the James Fields trial, it is becoming increasingly obvious that the rule of law does not exist in America. Everything is selectively applied meaning that there is no such thing as "equal justice under the law."A divided U.S. appeals court late Friday refused to immediately allow the Trump administration to enforce a ban on asylum for any immigrants who illegally cross the U.S.-Mexico border.
The ban is inconsistent with an existing U.S. law and an attempted end-run around Congress, a panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said in a 2-1 decision.
“Just as we may not, as we are often reminded, ‘legislate from the bench,’ neither may the Executive legislate from the Oval Office,” 9th Circuit Judge Jay Bybee, a nominee of Republican President George W. Bush, wrote for the majority.
A spokesman for the U.S. Department of Justice, Steven Stafford, did not have comment. But he referred to an earlier statement that called the asylum system broken and said the department looked forward to “continuing to defend the Executive Branch’s legitimate and well-reasoned exercise of its authority to address the crisis at our southern border.”
At issue is President Donald Trump’s Nov. 9 proclamation that barred anyone who crossed the U.S.-Mexico border between official ports of entry from seeking asylum. Trump issued the proclamation in response to caravans of migrants approaching the border.
I feel like we are living in some type of weird post-apocalyptic wasteland that is a mix between Demolition Man and The Hunger Games movies.
If the President of the United States can’t control our borders without getting permission from a Jewish court, than what is the point of the presidency? We might as well just have a counsel of kikes from the media and the legal profession dictating policy. That’s actually not very far from the truth of what’s happening as is.
What’s notable is this judge saying that Trump is trying to legislate from the executive branch even though that’s been the exact function of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals for years. All they’ve done is legislate from the bench via judicial activism.
And sure, this ruling will probably get overturned by the Supreme Court but the fact that a Jewish court can prevent the President of the United States from securing our borders is complete insanity. This is not a normal situation.
