Alison Chabloz gets suspended sentence for singing "Holocaust denial" songs

The Jews were left fuming at the sentencing of Alison Chabloz, when Judge Zani failed to give her an immediate custodial sentence for posting or “causing to be” posted “Holocaust denial” songs that mocked blatant liars such as Holohoax “survivors” Irene Zisblatt and Elie Wiesel.

A grotesquely over-the-top statement by Jew Stephen Silverman on how Alison’s songs were “repugnant” and “one of the cruellest of the many manifestations of anti-Semitism” had been read out by the prosecution prior to sentencing. Silverman, who is related to billionaire Jew “Sir” Alan Sugar through his mother Rosie, a Zionist activist who was arrested at the age of 16 around 1941 for heckling at Speakers Corner, is “Director of Investigations and Enforcement” at the fake ‘charity’ Campaign Against Antisemitism.

(((These ‘people’))) attained their power and privilege partly by plagiarizing Maurice Joly’s Machiavellian program of seizing political power through control of the press, and also by their role as professional whingers and whiners. So no surprise that Silverman suggests that the songs are tantamount to putting the knife in and making the ‘wound’ as raw as possible. No one has been killed or injured; a few whiners merely had their feelings hurt after they elected to seek out and send the videos to themselves.

The sentence of twenty weeks’ imprisonment for uploading or posting hyperlinks to politically incorrect videos of songs with words that are too truthful for the Jews was suspended for two years, in which case it does not have to be served if the defendant does not commit any other so-called ‘offences’ during that period. She was also banned from posting on social media for a year, and ordered to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work and to pay costs.

As soon as Judge Zani announced that the sentence of imprisonment was to be suspended, several Jews began flouncing out of the public gallery in anger, led by boxer Michael English, known as “the caveman”. On his YouTube channel, one of English’s videos includes a scam where he interviews a fellow Jew who claims to be able to cure “canser” [sic], for a fee, naturally.

This time after we left the court, the neanderthal English was merely hissing and making aggressive body language (totally ignoring the police presence, basking in the knowledge that as a Jew he could do no wrong). The last time, he tried to shove one of our guys out into the road.

Judge John Andrew Zani is a trustee of Anglo-Italian charity the Mazzini Garibaldi Foundation.
Its objectives include promoting “diversity”.

"Promoting equality, diversity and good relations by advancing education, awareness and mutual understanding among people from different countries, especially between the British and Italian communities.

[…] The Trustees have discretion to support other charitable purposes."

And not just people between different countries, but different “racial groups”.
"Mazzini Garibaldi Foundation Report of the Trustees for the Year Ended 30 June 2016

OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
Objectives and aims
The objects for which the Charity is established are:-

(5) The promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit by, for example:
(i) advancing education and raising awareness about peoples from different countries or racial groups to promote good relations between such persons;
(ii) promoting knowledge and mutual understanding between peoples of different countries or racial groups; in particular between the British and Italian communities in the United Kingdom."

So then Zani has to deal with a case brought by the so-called ‘charity’ CAA, against an alleged “antisemite” and “racist”. The prosecution side is openly promoting “diversity” and fighting “racism”, and the uninformed might be fooled into thinking CAA is fighting for equality rather than working to further Jewish supremacy. The defendant is unashamedly anti-diversity, believing that it would be heartbreaking for the White race to disappear, a view that is “nothing more than racism” according to the prosecution.

It seems almost certain that Judge Zani would favour his fellow ‘charity’ and the side that stands for “diversity”, and ostensibly “equality” and mutual understanding, and this was confirmed when he gave put his verdict of guilty.

However, Zani does at least deserve some credit for not handing out the immediate custodial sentence that the Jews were anticipating.

Could this be the Robinson Effect – that they don’t want to make two martyrs in one week?

The martyr question must be part of the answer. It was also revealed in court that the judge had received death threats. The defendant cannot be held responsible for that, and maybe the judge felt he had even more to fear from nationalists than from the Jews.
